BOOKING CONDITIONS

These Booking Conditions outline the terms that apply when reserving REVIVA for retreats, workshops, or private group stays. All bookings are subject to written confirmation from REVIVA. 1. Making a Booking
All bookings begin with an enquiry submitted through our website or by email. Once availability is confirmed, REVIVA will issue a provisional proposal outlining dates, services, and an estimated cost.
Your booking becomes firm once the required deposit has been received and written confirmation has been provided.

2. Deposits and Payments

4. Cancellation by REVIVA
If REVIVA must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control or essential operational issues, we will offer either:
alternative dates of similar value, or
a full refund of all payments made.
REVIVA is not liable for travel costs, loss of income, or other associated expenses.
5. Guest Numbers and Room Allocation
Final guest numbers must be confirmed by [insert timeframe] before arrival. Charges may be adjusted if the number of guests changes.
Room allocation will be agreed in advance. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight at the property.
6. Use of Facilities
All facilities, including studios, pool, gym, and communal areas, are for the exclusive use of your group during your stay.
