Hosting a retreat at Reviva begins with a conversation. We work closely with each group leader to create a bespoke experience around their goals, activities, pace and their community.

From your first enquiry to the final day on site, our team provides the guidance, structure, and support that make every stay seamless and personal.

  • We work in partnership with group leaders to create bespoke retreat experiences rather than offering fixed rental prices. Every booking begins with a conversation where we learn about your group, your goals, and the type of experience you want to create. Together we explore available dates, facilities, and how you want to structure the week.

    Pricing is agreed between Reviva and the host, with partners earning a percentage of total group revenue through a revenue share arrangement. There are no upfront venue fees.

  • Every retreat is priced and planned individually, but all bookings include:

    • Daily housekeeping with room refresh and towel replenishment twice a week

    • On-call front-of-house and concierge support

    • Full kitchen team providing breakfast, brunch, lunch, snacks, and dinner as required

    • Group airport transfers subject to availability

  • Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out by 10:00. We will always try our best to accommodate early or late arrivals when possible. If needed, we can offer a secure space for luggage storage until rooms are ready.

  • Our team supports every aspect of your retreat, from planning local activities and excursions to arranging experiences such as spa treatments, massage therapy, guided tours, and cooking classes. We also work closely with reliable local partners for event production, floristry, off-site dining and much more. Wherever possible, our approach is to find solutions rather than say no.

  • To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due twelve weeks before arrival. All bookings operate on a non-cancellation basis. A security deposit equal to twenty percent of the rental fee is due one week prior to arrival. We recommend travel insurance for all guests and organisers.

  • The care and enthusiasm of the Reviva team are central to every stay. If you wish to leave a gratuity, please use the tip box in the shared space rather than leaving cash in rooms. A suggested amount is €10 per room per day, and 100% of tips go directly to the team.
