Property Rules
These rules apply to all persons staying at or visiting the Reviva venue during a retreat booking. By attending a retreat at Reviva, you agree to comply with these rules in full. Your Host Organiser is responsible for ensuring you have received and understood this document prior to arrival.
These rules do not replace the commercial agreement between Reviva and your Host Organiser, which is governed separately by Reviva's Host Agreement and Booking Conditions.

1. About Reviva
Reviva is an exclusive-hire retreat venue in Valencia, Spain, operated by Invest Reviva Ltd (company number 15596896, registered in England). During your stay, the venue is exclusively reserved for your group. The venue will not be shared with any other retreat group during your stay. Any day visitors or external suppliers attending the property during your booking will have been agreed in advance between Reviva and your Host Organiser.

2. Responsibility
Your Host Organiser is responsible for your conduct and the conduct of all members of your group throughout the booking period. By attending the retreat, you accept personal responsibility for complying with these rules and for any damage, loss, or additional costs arising from your failure to do so.

3. Registered Guests Only
Only persons registered with Reviva as part of the confirmed group are permitted to stay overnight at the property. You must not invite or permit any additional person to stay overnight without prior written agreement from Reviva. Day visitors may only be admitted with the advance consent of Reviva and the Host Organiser.

4. Pets
Pets are welcome at Reviva where they have been declared and agreed with Reviva by the Host Organiser prior to arrival. If you are bringing a pet, please ensure this has been confirmed through your Host Organiser before arrival.
Pets must be kept under control at all times. They are not permitted in the movement studio, gym, spa, or kitchen areas, and must not be left unattended in bedrooms or communal spaces for extended periods. Any damage caused by a pet will be treated in the same manner as damage caused by guests.
If you have a known allergy or sensitivity to animals and have not been informed that pets may be present during your retreat, please contact your Host Organiser before arrival.

5. Allergies
If you have a known food allergy, dietary requirement, or other allergen sensitivity, you must inform your Host Organiser before the retreat begins. It is the Host Organiser's responsibility to communicate this to Reviva and to any catering supplier.
If you carry an auto-injector or other emergency medication for a severe allergic reaction, please ensure the Reviva team is made aware of this on arrival.
If you have a known sensitivity to animals and pets are present during your retreat, please speak to your Host Organiser or the Reviva team as soon as possible so that reasonable steps can be taken.
Reviva accepts no liability for any allergic reaction arising from food prepared by any catering supplier, whether provided by Reviva or a third party, where the relevant allergy or dietary requirement was not disclosed in advance. or from contact with animals present at the property.

6. Linen & Towels
Fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests on arrival.
For stays of 5 nights, bath towels will be changed on day 3. For stays of 7 nights, bath towels will be changed on day 4. For stays of more than 7 nights, bed linen will also be changed on day 7. Alternative arrangements can be made by prior agreement with Reviva before arrival.
Complimentary toiletries are provided in each en-suite bathroom. Please do not remove these from your room as they are replenished for each new group.

7. Use of Facilities
All facilities, including the gym, studio, swimming pool, spa facilities, and communal areas, are available for the exclusive use of your group during the booking period.
You are responsible for using all facilities safely, responsibly, and in accordance with any operational guidelines provided by Reviva or your Host Organiser.
Certain facilities may require advance booking or carry additional charges. Your Host Organiser will advise you of these prior to arrival.

8. Pool and Wet Wellness Safety
Swimming pool, hot tub, and cold plunge use is governed by Reviva's Pool Safety Protocol, a copy of which will be made available by your Host Organiser before arrival. You must read and comply with this protocol.
The following rules apply at all times:
No swimming or use of the pool, hot tub, or cold plunge alone. A responsible adult must be present whenever the pool area is in use.
Diving and jumping into the pool are permitted only where it is safe to do so. Running in the pool area is not permitted at any time.
Glass is not permitted in the pool area at any time. Plastic glassware is available for use in the pool area and must be used in place of glass.
Children, where permitted, must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Please shower before entering the pool. If using high-pigment sun products such as P20, be aware these can stain surfaces and linens.

9. Health, Safety, and Activities
You participate in all activities, classes, excursions, and use of facilities at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring you are in appropriate physical condition to participate in any activity offered during the retreat.
If you have any medical condition, injury, or health concern that may be relevant to your participation or your use of any facility, you must inform your Host Organiser before arrival or on check-in at the latest.
Reviva maintains a stocked first aid kit on site. In the event of a medical emergency, call the Spanish emergency services immediately on 112. Please also notify the Reviva team or your Host Organiser as soon as possible.
All accidents and injuries, however minor, must be reported to the Reviva team or your Host Organiser as soon as practicable. This allows Reviva to maintain accurate records and to take any steps necessary to prevent further incidents.
Your Host Organiser will have received Reviva's Emergency Procedures document prior to arrival, covering fire evacuation, pool and spa emergencies, and key contact numbers. Please ensure you are familiar with the fire evacuation routes from your bedroom and the communal areas before your retreat begins.
Reviva will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered during your stay, except in respect of death or personal injury caused by Reviva's own negligence or that of its staff. This is not intended to affect any mandatory rights under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You are responsible for holding appropriate personal travel and health insurance for the duration of your stay. Reviva strongly recommends that all guests hold valid travel insurance before departure.

10. Conduct and Respect
You are a guest in a privately owned property. Reviva expects all guests to treat the property, furnishings, equipment, grounds, and the Reviva team with respect throughout their stay.
The following apply at all times:
Noise must be kept to a level that is considerate of neighbouring properties, particularly between 22:00 and 08:00.
Music and amplified sound must not be used outdoors after 22:00.
The property is not suitable for stag or hen parties or similar events.
No illegal substances may be used, possessed, or distributed anywhere on the property. Breach of this rule is grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund.
Reviva reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the property immediately and without refund where conduct is considered disrespectful to the property, the Reviva team, the Host Organiser, fellow guests, or the surrounding community.

11. Damage and Loss
You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property, furnishings, equipment, or grounds during your stay. Any such damage or loss will be reported to your Host Organiser and may result in additional charges being levied against the booking security deposit or directly against you.
Please report any accidental damage to the Reviva team or your Host Organiser as soon as it occurs. Early reporting is appreciated and will always be taken into account.

12. Smoking
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including all indoor and outdoor areas. The surrounding land is classified as dry rural terrain, which creates a significant fire risk. This rule is enforced without exception.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises under any circumstances unless explicitly pre-approved in writing by Reviva prior to arrival. Where pre-approval has been granted, the specific conditions and designated area agreed with Reviva must be strictly observed at all times. All smoking waste must be disposed of safely and as directed by the Reviva team.
Breach of this rule is grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund.

13. Bedrooms and Shared Spaces
Please treat your bedroom and all shared spaces with care.
All waste and rubbish must be placed in the bins provided throughout the property. Do not leave rubbish in bedrooms, on floors, in communal areas, or outdoors. Bins are located throughout the property and will be emptied regularly by the Reviva team.
At the end of your stay, your room should be left in a reasonable condition. Wet or damp towels should be left in the bathroom and not on beds or furniture. Rubbish should be placed in the bins provided before you check out.
Failure to leave the property in a reasonable condition may result in additional cleaning charges being deducted from the booking security deposit.
Personal items left at the property after departure will be held for 14 days. Reviva will make reasonable efforts to contact you via your Host Organiser. Items not claimed within 14 days may be disposed of.

14. Laundry
Laundry facilities are available to guests during their stay. Depending on the arrangement in place at the time of your booking, this may take the form of a staff-assisted laundry service, self-service facilities on site, or a combination of both. Your Host Organiser will confirm the available arrangements prior to arrival.
All laundry items are left at your own risk. Reviva accepts no liability for damage to, or loss of, personal items during the laundry process. Please follow any instructions provided by the Reviva team regarding the handling of delicate or specialist items.

15. Wi-Fi and Digital Use
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property for personal use. Reviva asks that guests are mindful of their digital use in shared and communal spaces, in the spirit of the retreat experience.
Reviva's Wi-Fi must not be used for any unlawful purpose or for the download or distribution of any material that infringes third-party rights.

16. Photography and Social Media
You are welcome to photograph and share your experience at Reviva, subject to the consent of fellow guests and the Host Organiser. Please respect the privacy of others and do not post images of other guests without their permission.
Please do not photograph or film Reviva team members without their explicit consent.

17. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is from 16:00. Check-out is by 10:00. Your Host Organiser will confirm any variations agreed with Reviva in advance. Please ensure all personal belongings are removed from your room by check-out time.

18. Theft
The removal of any property belonging to Reviva from the premises is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to toiletries, towels, linen, equipment, furnishings, and any other items provided for use during your stay. Any items found to be missing after departure will be treated as theft and reported to the relevant authorities. The cost of replacement will be charged to the Host Organiser and deducted from the security deposit where applicable.

19. Security and CCTV
For the safety and security of all guests, staff, and the property, Reviva operates CCTV monitoring in external and communal areas of the venue. Cameras are positioned in outdoor spaces, entrances, and shared areas only. No cameras are present in bedrooms, bathrooms, or any private space.
CCTV footage is retained for a period of 30 days and may be shared with the relevant Spanish authorities where required by law or in connection with a security incident, theft, or damage claim. By staying at the property, guests consent to the use of CCTV monitoring in the areas described above.
The presence of CCTV does not reduce the personal responsibility of guests for their own belongings. Reviva accepts no liability for the theft or loss of personal items during a stay.

20. Complaints
Any complaints regarding the property or your stay should be raised in the first instance with your Host Organiser. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may submit a written complaint directly to Reviva at info@invest-reviva.com. Reviva will acknowledge receipt within 3 working days.

21. Governing Law
These rules and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by Spanish law. In the event of any dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve the matter in good faith before initiating formal proceedings.
