INFRARED SAUNA
Our spa includes a dedicated infrared sauna designed to provide gentle, penetrating heat that supports relaxation, recovery and wellbeing. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared technology warms the body directly, creating a comfortable environment for extended sessions.
The infrared sauna is ideal after workouts, movement sessions or active days, helping to ease muscle tension, encourage circulation and promote restoration.
Alongside the steam room, cold-water therapy and outdoor relaxation spaces, it forms an important part of the overall recovery experience at Reviva.
Our spa features both a plunge pool for cold-water therapy and an outdoor pool for open-air relaxation. The plunge pool offers an invigorating contrast after sauna sessions or workouts, supporting recovery, clarity, and a refreshed state of mind.
The outdoor pool provides space for gentle movement, sun-soaked rest, or quiet moments between sessions.
